We keep this simple. We only ask for what we need to talk with you about your child joining Stargarden, and we never sell it or pass it on for advertising.

What we collect, and why

The “Let’s talk” form. Your name, your phone or email, your child’s age and their superpower. The form does not store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. If you do, it reaches us like any other email.
Registration. The Register buttons open this website’s waiting-list form. The answers and consent are sent by email to nikita@stargarden.lt for selection and contact purposes. The form’s consent names VšĮ „Stargarden“.
Calls and emails. If you call or write to us, we see your number or address and what you tell us.

We use this only to answer you, to plan the selection conversations and, if your child joins, to run the programme. The legal basis is your request to hear from us and, later, our agreement with you.

Children’s information

We ask the parent, not the child. We collect as little as possible about children, and we never show a child’s photo, video or name on this site or on social media without a parent’s written consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to joining are deleted within 12 months. Information about children in the programme is kept for the length of the programme and then as long as Lithuanian law requires.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. Everything it needs, including its fonts, is served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with Google or anyone else.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to work: our website hosting and email providers. Nobody else, and never for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Just write to nikita@stargarden.lt. If you feel we have handled your data wrongly, you can also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
